Research in the lab is cross-disciplinary, so academic training in ecology, climate science, statistics \/ econometrics, and spatial analysis \/ remote sensing are all valued. Graduate degrees can be pursued through the <a href=\"https:\/\/warnercnr.colostate.edu\/ess\/ess-graduate-degrees\/ecosystem-sustainability-graduate-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ecosystem Sustainability graduate program<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/soilcrop.agsci.colostate.edu\/graduate-programs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soil and Crop Sciences graduate program<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecology.colostate.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Graduate Degree Program in Ecology<\/a>.
